Small Adult Size is approx 20 inches diameter and around 5 Inches thick

Adult size is approx 22 inches diameter and around 5 inches thick

Large adult is approx 24 inches diameter and 5 inches thick

Adult head sizes vary a lot! So please ensure to measure your head if you would like an exact fit but they above measures will help with estimated fits.
To measure the head take a tape measure and start at the front of the forehead and wrap it around the largest part of the head, and back to the forehead again.
